Payment and related information
The initial deposit to secure any unit at Elegance Natal Golf is £4,000 (€6,000)
All bank guarantees for this project are supplied by Barclays Bank
Following the holding deposit, 30% is payable on a private purchase contract, this is anticipated to be around July 2007 and is again guaranteed by Barclays Bank.
Completion is expected in Summer 2009, whereupon the remaining balance - 70% - is payable.
There will be furniture package opportunities in place on completion of the development and likewise a rental programme.
On top of the purchase price is 6%. 3 % is property tax and the other 3% is legal & notary fees.
